Shipping & Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all blazer collection orders.
All other products (including collaborations) are eligible for free UK delivery when the order value exceeds £297. For orders under £297, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.
Global shipping for all products is calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on the order value or weight (depending on the product), together with the delivery destination, unless a free global shipping promotion is running.
Shipping to USA - All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Our US RRP includes international delivery, import duties, taxes, customs clearance and applicable handling fees.
There are no additional duties, taxes or customs charges to pay when your blazer arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price for your order, excluding any applicable US sales tax calculated at checkout.
All orders are fully tracked from our HQ to your door.
Products Immediately Available for Dispatch
The delivery times below apply only to products that are immediately available for dispatch. These products will be dispatched as soon as your order has been processed.
UK – Standard Delivery is approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch (by close of business). All products are sent via a tracked and insured service, with all blazer purchases additionally requiring a signature upon delivery.
EU – Currently suspended - Approximately 2 working days to most major European countries and from 3 working days elsewhere in Europe, from the date of dispatch.
Worldwide – International delivery is from approximately 3 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
Made-to-Order Blazers
Made-to-order blazers are handcrafted individually following receipt of your order and therefore require additional time before they can be dispatched.
This applies to all made-to-order blazers, including both children’s and adult sizes.
- UK: Made-to-order blazers, including both children’s and adult sizes, have an approximate 2-week turnaround from the date of order to delivery.
- International: Made-to-order blazers, including both children’s and adult sizes, have an approximate turnaround of up to 4 weeks from the date of order to delivery, depending on the destination.
The above made-to-order timeframes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on production schedules. As soon as your blazer is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an Order Dispatch Confirmation email containing your tracking details.
When your order is ready to be dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide.
Our RRP is inclusive of UK VAT.
Tracking & Insurance
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Order Dispatch Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Each purchase is insured until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. A signature and confirmation of the recipient’s name is required for all blazer purchases upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing orders that have been signed for at a delivery address, including an office or other shared building.
Please note that if you select a ‘leave in a safe place’ option with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any missing orders following delivery.
Please also note that, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed.
Delivery Delays
All delivery timings are indicative and may be subject to change. While we endeavour to meet the stated timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our control, including delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, customs delays or industrial action.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not process orders or dispatch deliveries on weekends or UK bank or public holidays.
